NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C., 18 YEARS AND OLDER.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (ET) on September 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on November 18, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter: 1.) Beginning at 12:01 am ET on September 10, 2008 through 11:59 pm ET on November 18, 2008, log on to HYPERLINK "http://www.outback.com" www.footballfanatics.com/outback and make a purchase using your unique code obtained in-restaurant. Upon checkout, you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes by using your code to successfully make an online purchase. Those consumers placing orders via telephone must give their code at the time of purchase to redeem and discount and to be eligible for the sweepstakes. Each unique code may only be used to enter the sweepstakes one time. OR 2.) On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Outback Fan Favorites Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 908, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Entries must be postmarked by November 18, 2008 and received by November 25, 2008 to be eligible. All mail-in entries must be mailed in separately. Limit of up to five (5) entries per person per day, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means will be void.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This sweepstakes excludes , officers, directors and employees (and members of their household and of their immediate families, i.e., parents, children, stepchildren, spouse, siblings and persons regardless of whether they reside in the same household of such immediate family members) of Sponsor, OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, Promotions.com LLC ("Judges"), and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, sales representatives, advertising/promotion agencies, and all other persons or entities associated with the development, administration, promotion, execution of, or supply to this sweepstakes (herein after referred to collectively as "Sponsor and Others") Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 26, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Judges, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Potential prize winners will be notified by mail and potential Grand and First Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Compliance/Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (as allowed by law) within seven (7) days of date of notification or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. Failure to return such documents within the specified time period, the return of any prize, or prize notification as undeliverable, Sponsor's inability to contact a potential winner in a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion; an alternate winner may be selected.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for four (4) to the Outback Bowl on December 30, 2008 through January 2, 2009. Prize consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Tampa Bay, FL; 4 days/3 nights standard hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy); roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/game; four (4) tickets to the Outback Bowl at Raymond James Stadium on January 1, 2009; and four (4) Outback Tuck Aways ($45 promotional gift certificates). ARV: $4,500. One (1) First Prize: Trip for two (2) to the 2008-2009 College Bowl Game of winner's choice (subject to availability). Prize consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major gateway airport nearest winner's residence to destination city; 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/game; two (2) tickets to the 2009 College Bowl Game of winner's choice (subject to availability); and two (2) Outback Tuck Aways ($45 promotional gift certificates) ARV: $2,500. Ten (10) Second Prizes: a $100 Gift Card redeemable at FootballFanatics.com. One hundred (100) Third Prizes: a $25 Outback Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes is $10,500. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Issuers. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per email address, per person and per household. All federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including transportation not listed above, meals, souvenirs and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Actual value of trip prizes may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuation. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winners and their guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winners and their guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. If a winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof.

5. GENERAL RULES: By entering sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold Sponsor and Others harmless against any and all claims and liability arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the sweepstakes or use or acceptance of a prize including any travel/activity related thereto. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its designees' to use winners' names, likenesses (and biographical information) for advertising, marketing, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and Others are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, incomplete, undeliverable, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible or delayed entries or emails, or for postage-due entries or mail; or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or for any errors, problems or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer, network, technical, mechanical, printing, typographical or human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor and Others are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor and Others are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or technical difficulties compromise the integrity, security or proper play of the sweepstakes, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes, at the Judges' sole discretion. If terminated, Judges may, at their discretion, award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or who disrupts the administration of this sweepstakes, who intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor representative or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY: As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (1) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses as set forth in subsection 3 below, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) this sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of law principles and any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a Court of competent jurisdiction located within the County and State of Florida; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees, or any other costs; and (4) participant shall be bound by these Official Rules.
